What I do here
I publish Honest Fees and I’m responsible for every number on it. Prices are gathered with AI research tools from each provider’s own website: their pricing pages, terms and fee schedules. Each one is saved with the provider’s exact words and the date, and an automated check re-reads those pages every day. When a provider doesn’t publish a price, we say so instead of estimating it.
Why I started Honest Fees
I’m the founder of SyncSpark Solutions Inc., a web and search company in Richmond, British Columbia. Our work is helping small businesses get found online and win more customers. Working with owners, I kept seeing the same thing on the other side of the ledger: card processing, POS and other running costs priced in ways that are hard to compare, with the real cost buried in monthly fees, contracts and fine print.
Honest Fees is the same goal from the other side: helping owners see what they really pay before they choose.
How I keep it honest
- Prices come only from what providers publish, with a link to the source.
- Some providers pay a referral fee when you sign up through our links. That never decides what I recommend, and providers that pay nothing are listed when they’re the better fit. See how we make money.
- I’m not a financial advisor, and Honest Fees doesn’t handle payments. The comparisons are information to help you decide.
