ServiceTitan pricing in Canada: no price list, and what to ask

ServiceTitan publishes no plan prices, in either currency. Canadian visitors see the same page as Americans: three packages, Starter, Essentials and The Works, priced per technician and quoted after a demo. Its only published price, the Dispatch Pro add-on at $69 to $138 per technician a month, carries no currency label.

The bottom line for Canada: you can’t price ServiceTitan without a sales call, and the call is also where you find out the currency. It bills per “managed technician”, so the bill grows with every technician you add. Its referral terms describe its ideal customer as a shop with at least three revenue-generating technicians and one full-time office person. If you’d rather compare published prices, Tradify and ServiceM8 bill in Canadian dollars.

What Canadian buyers should know

  • No Canadian site or price list. servicetitan.com/ca and /en-ca return “not found” (checked Oct 26, 2026). From Canada, the pricing page shows the same three packages, each with “Request Pricing”.
  • Currency isn’t stated. The Dispatch Pro add-on prices above (US$138 to US$69 per technician a month) carry no currency label. We show them as US dollars; ask which currency applies to you.
  • Card and bank rates aren’t published, for Canada or the US. Ask what Canadian customers pay by card, and whether bank payments are available to them.

What each package includes

According to ServiceTitan’s pricing page:

  • Starter: dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing and a pricebook.
  • Essentials: everything in Starter, plus mobile estimates and payroll management.
  • The Works: the full suite, adding configurable payroll, advanced reporting, commission tracking and customizable memberships. Memberships (maintenance agreements) are only in The Works.

Questions to ask on the sales call

  1. Which currency will I be billed in, and does the price change with the exchange rate?
  2. What is the price per managed technician for each package, and who counts as one? Ask whether office staff, apprentices or seasonal techs count.
  3. Is there a minimum number of technicians I’ll be billed for?
  4. How long is the contract, does it auto-renew, and how much notice do I need to give to leave?
  5. What is the one-time implementation or onboarding fee?
  6. What do my Canadian customers pay to pay by card, and can they pay by bank transfer?
  7. Which features in my quote are add-ons, and what does each cost?

Common questions

How much does ServiceTitan cost in Canada?

ServiceTitan doesn't publish a price for Canada or the US. Every package says 'Request Pricing', and the price is per managed technician, quoted after a demo. Ask on the call which currency you'll be billed in, because ServiceTitan has no Canadian pricing page.

Is ServiceTitan available in Canada?

ServiceTitan has no Canadian site: its /ca and /en-ca pages return 'not found', and the pricing page Canadians see is the same quote-only page Americans see. It doesn't state on that page whether it sells to Canadian businesses, so confirm it on the demo.

What is cheaper than ServiceTitan in Canada?

Apps that publish prices are easier to compare. ServiceM8 and Tradify publish Canadian-dollar prices; Jobber and Housecall Pro publish US-dollar prices. At our example numbers, the cheapest published option for 1 to 3 people is in the table on this page.

Is Jobber better than ServiceTitan?

They're built for different sizes. Jobber publishes its prices for teams of 1 to 15 users and offers a 14-day free trial. ServiceTitan targets shops with at least three technicians and an office person, and you only learn its price on a sales call.
